The on-site registration desk of the Organizing Secretariat will be open each day during the Congress, as follows:
May 13th – from 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm
May 14th – from 8.00 am to 6.30 pm
May 15th – from 8.00 am to 1.30 pm
MOSTRA MERCEOLOGICA/EXHIBIT HALL
La Mostra Merceologica di settore si terrà nelle seguenti giornate:

The Exhibit Hall will be open, as follows:

LINGUA UFFICIALE DEI LAVORI SCIENTIFICI/WORKING LANGUAGES
Durante lo Spring Meeting è prevista la traduzione simultanea dall’inglese all’italiano e viceversa per le Sessioni di venerdì e di sabato. Per i Gruppi di Studio non è prevista la traduzione in inglese.
Simultaneous translation from English into Italian and viceversa will be provided during Friday and Saturday Sessions. Study Groups are in Italian language only.
ATTESTATO DI PARTECIPAZIONE/CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
L’attestato di partecipazione allo Spring Meeting verrà distribuito, su richiesta, nella giornata di sabato 15 maggio a tutti gli iscritti che ne faranno richiesta presso il Desk della Segreteria Organizzativa al termine dei lavori scientifici.
Certificates of attendance will be available for all regularly registered participants, at the Organizing Secretariat Desk and will be distributed, upon request, on Saturday, May 15th.
LUNCH E COFFEE BREAK
LUNCH, gratuiti per tutti i congressisti iscritti, saranno serviti in Terrazza venerdì 14 e sabato 15 maggio; il caffè invece sarà offerto all’interno della Mostra Merceologica.

LUNCHES, are free for all registered Congress Participants and will be served on the Terrace, on Friday, May 14th and Saturday, May 15th; coffee will be served inside the Exhibition Area and are free for all registered Congress Participants.
BADGE
A ciascun partecipante regolarmente iscritto verrà rilasciato un badge nominativo che dovrà sempre essere esibito per l’ammissione alle sale lavori, all’esposizione tecnico-scientifica e ai servizi ristorativi. In caso di smarrimento, si prega di rivolgersi alla Segreteria Organizzativa.
All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their Congress badges, in order to be admitted to the lecture halls and all scheduled activities.
CENTRO SLIDE/SLIDES CENTER
Il Centro Slide si trova al primo piano nella Sala Regia. I Relatori sono pregati di fornire la presentazione in Power Point almeno tre ore prima della propria sessione.
Il Centro Slide sarà aperto nei seguenti orari:
13 maggio – dalle 13.00 alle 18.00
14 maggio – dalle 8.00 alle 18.00
15 maggio – dalle 8.00 alle 12.00
The slides center is located in Sala Regia on the First floor. Speakers are kindly asked to give their Power Point presentations at least three hours before their session.
The Slides Center will be open as follows:

May 15th – from 8.00 am to 12.00 am
TELEFONI CELLULARI/MOBILE PHONES
I partecipanti sono pregati cortesemente di tenere spenti i propri telefoni cellulari durante i lavori scientifici e le visite ai poster.
Participants are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones in the off position in the rooms where scientific and educational sessions are being held, as well as during poster session’s rounds.
DIVIETO DI FUMO/SMOKING POLICY
Lo Spring Meeting SIDO auspica di essere un evento in cui vige il divieto di fumare. I partecipanti sono caldamente invitati ad evitare di fumare nelle aree congressuali e nella Mostra Merceologica. Si ricorda che vi è obbligo di non fumare nelle aree pubbliche.
SIDO Spring Meeting wishes to be a non-smoking event. Participants are kindly requested to refrain from smoking in the Congress venues, including the Exhibit Hall. We remind you that smoking in Italy is forbidden in all public areas.
ACCOMPAGNATORI/ACCOMPANING PERSONS
La Quota Accompagnatori prevede l’ingresso alla Mostra Merceologica, il Lunch di venerdì 14 maggio, il Farewell Cocktail di sabato 15 maggio, i Coffee break come da programma, la Visita guidata al Museo GAMC di Viareggio e il Baby Parking, previo accreditamento al Desk della Segreteria Organizzativa in sede congressuale e ritiro del proprio badge, che dovranno esibire durante tutta la loro permanenza all’interno dell’area congressuale.
Gli Accompagnatori che volessero informazioni su gite, escursioni o altre attività sono pregati di rivolgersi alla Segreteria Organizzativa che sarà a loro completa disposizione.
The Accompanying Persons’ fee includes the admission to the Exhibit Hall, the Lunch on Friday, May 14th, Farewell Cocktail on Saturday, May 15th, Coffee breaks according to the program, Guided Tour to the GAMC Museum of Viareggio and Baby Parking. Accompanying persons must register at the Desk of the Organizing Secretariat during the Congress where it will be possible to pick up the badge which must be shown during the entire stay inside the Congress Area.
Accompanying Persons wishing to obtain information on trips, excursions or other activities can contact the Organizing Secretariat’s Office which is fully available to provide all the requested information.
 All’interno del Centro Congressi, per le giornate di venerdì 14 e di sabato 15 maggio, verrà allestito un Baby Parking dedicato ai bambini (da 1 a 8 anni) che potranno così accompagnare i genitori impegnati nelle sessioni scientifiche dell’evento. Il servizio, gratuito per tutti i congressisti iscritti, sarà attivo con orario continuato dalle ore 8.30 alle ore 18.00, previo il raggiungimento di minimo 15 richieste. Si prega pertanto di segnalare l’adesione sulla scheda di iscrizione. Entro il 7 aprile 2010 verrà data conferma dell’attivazione del servizio a coloro che ne hanno fatto richiesta.At the Congress Centre a Baby Parking (from 1 to 8 years old) will be open on Friday, 14th and Saturday, 15th for the Congress Members Participants who wish to participate attend in the scientific sessions. Baby Parking, free for all Participants , will be open continuous working day from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, if with a minimum of 15 Participants requests request for it. Participants are kindly invited to fill it in the registration form. By April 7th, 2010 we will confirm availability of this service to the ones who made the request. |
